Etrailer is great. I have used etrailer on many occasions for hitch needs on many of my vehicles for approximately 17 years with no problems. Shipping is fast. However, the hitch on this past order did not fit properly as the mounting holes were off a good half inch, therefore had to drill to extend the mounting hole slot. This required extended time but finally got it mounted. This was the only issue I've had since doing business with etrailer. I would still recommend etrailer hands down.

So far so good. I just purchased it and haven't gotten my hitch installed yet. I'm relitively mechanically inclined, so I watched the videos and read the instructions and it looks pretty straightforward. We'll see when I get it.
Hitch and harness arrived 2 days after the order was placed. It was an extremely easy installation. Start to finish was about an hour. If I had to do another one It'd be 30 minutes.
Fit as advertised with no modification to the hardware.
I was a little bit concerned about having to replace the rear bump cover for the hitch, but it wasn't necessary. The only thing i had to do is get the replacement tire down to make it easier.
