Items arrived very fast and both boxes were in good condition considering the heavy weight of the items in them. Etrailer was very easy to deal with.
When the package containing two tires with wheels and two tail lights, there was no packing to keep the tire from smashing the tail lights which showed up broken.
I installed it laying down on my back in our drive way. It took about two hours as i had to get drill bits to the store and back

Looking to replace a jack on a wood chipper and the jack available at the manufacturer is more than triple this price so hoping this will replace the one that's needed even though some dimensions weren't listed I believe it should work. And it did. Perfect. Only problem was the jack wasn't packed properly and when it was delivered part of it had broken through the box and was sticking out.

Promptly shipped and was in great condition when it arrived. Packaged very well tpo protect from the delivery truck.
Trailer hitch receiver arrived quickly. Only downside was packaging - item had burst through the cardboard box in several places and paint was rubbed off. Why not put some bubble wrap on the areas that are going to poke through so that they aren't damaged? Or just dispense with the box and wrap the whole thing up?
So far so good. I received the order promptly and after struggling to get it installed the seal is working great. My struggles were from a lack of knowledge on my part not anything due to the product.
