The ordering process was straight forward, easy. The shipment I thought was very quick. The tires were packed in a box that was too narrow. This caused the tires bead to be warped and left a gap between the bead and the wheel. This made seating the bead very difficult.

Package arrived in its original box. Usually things like this ship in a box that is made for shipping. The box looked like it has been opened before and each end of the box was opened half way. It looks like everything was in the box, I will find out when I install it in my camper this weekend.
