Ordered from before and was always correct,but the shipping seems to need to improve. It is not necessary that it is fast but when shipping it seems to move in circles. This is the second item that I have ordered and the items were going in circles in Salt Lake. I am sure it is not your fault but something is wrong.

I bought this item as a gift for my son so it's still in the box! Accordingly, I can't give a review on the item but I can express my appreciation for the quick ordering and delivery process!
The receiver hitch is low profile and fits the car great. The installation video was super helpful and convinced me that I could do this myself, which was true! I installed it very easily in less that about two hours. The only problem was that the additional two bolts that were supposed to be used were not included in the box.
This was my first purchase from etrailer. Due to problems with other sites I am cautious and not very trusting. The product I saw on the etrailer website was exactly what was delivered. The price of the product was good and the shipping price is very fair. I will be ordering from etrailer in the future.
