It's shipped quickly, the item is always as described and the instructions available either in the box or their website are always great. I ordered a 4 prong flat plug wiring kit for trailer lights. Got a hitch for my Mazda three. The brand was draw tight. It will probably work fine but it's nothing to jump up and down about for the price. Part of the powder coat was chipped and the stickers were all crooked. Overall, it just didn't seem like a prize piece of equipment. It'll probably be fine and I'm going to install it.
