I ordered a trailer hitch for my Kia with help from customer support online. Order arrived two-day, but the hitch box was beat to hell. The hitch was scratched but nothing that would be seen. Videos made the install pretty seamless.
Everything overall was good. Odd thing was all the hitch mounting hardware was grade 10.9, but the bolt the secures the receiver to the hitch was only grade 5.
