I put it on a 1999 Chivy Tracker. Being a Chivy in 1999 they maybe never knew the difference between SEA and metric. The m12-1.25 bolt would not even start in the nut. I cleaned it out with a 7/16- 20 tap which went in fine and put 4 7/16" bolts in fine. 7/16 bolts are a hair smaller than a m12 but it seems to hold it fine. I have a m12-1.25 tap on order and may go with the m12 bolts later.
The product was as expected but I think they had trouble processing my Canadian Card. My credit card company said they cancelled my payment. I used PayPal and it when through okay.
How-to-install video was vital. Phone consult helped me get the correct components for my truck. The parts arrived quickly and were well packed. Most importantly, e-trailer is not Amazon. Let's keep the "little" guys alive.

Love Etrailer, but our last order shipped by US postal(was a small order of castle nut washers and locking washers). Left on 1-14 and arrived here 1-22. Little over a week. UPS or Fed EX ground is a 2 day service. Needed the parts to finish up a job. I'd give you a 5 star if you never use US mail again...lol ha ha. Thanks!
Not necessarily the fault of the hitch but I had to work on the holes that the bolts threaded into. I wish I would have thought to check the holes before lifting the hitch into position to mount it. After I had it in place and started screwing the bolts in it became apparent that only 2 out 6 holes were in good enough shape to allow them to screw in. Ultimately needed to clean out the holes, 'rethread' and use an air impact wrench to get the bolts into the holes.

I am always pleased with the knowledge and service at eTrailer! As an electrical service contractor it is often that I come across exhaust motors that are thought to be no longer available.
