I love shopping at eTrailer because of how helpful the customer service is. I have to DIY a lot of things in my camper because of a lack of service people in my area. I can just ask eTrailer what I need to do the job and they always steer me right.
I haven't installed these bags yet but this is my third set of Air lifter bags that I've had for three different trucks. I've always been satisfied with the bag's installation and performance. This is the first set from etrailer and their shipping updates and packaging were by far the best!

Box was damaged but everything appears to be good. I like the way the bolts were added to the package inside the receiver.
Happy with the product, but confused about why delivery was 6 days but I have 2 day shipping. Not convenient when I have customers waiting for parts to be installed.
Good product but it would be nice to have the option to purchase a bumper that is not predrilled. I was replacing the bumper on a 2002 Circle J trailer that has a different hole pattern. This bumper works but it has a bunch of unneeded holes.
I think new trucks should come with this as standard, very good aftermarket stuff
Came with no instructions, but box was tore up so could have fell out. All parts and hardware were present. Install successful. Easy peasy
While the shipping was fast and I received my receiver intact, the box was completely opened and destroyed from being tossed around. It could have been packaged a bit better maybe with some foam or big sheets of packing paper to protect it better. Some of the paint is chipped off from being exposed out of the box.
