Etrailer is an Excellent website and hard to find items are quickly delivered.

I have been a etrailer customer for many years. I keep coming back because of the price and service I receive. As usual I received my orders on time and in good shape.

Normally I have good experiences with the products that I have purchased but this time has been different. The Curt CrossWing Fifth Wheel hitch is light weight making it easy to handle during the installation and removal process. The issue that I have is when installed on my 2024 Chevrolet 3500 HD Dually. When I pulled my fifth wheel for the first time the ride was horrible. On my first trip with the CrossWing hitch, I traveled a 100 miles on roads that I have traveled on many times, but have not experienced such a rough ride with any of my rigs.

My guess the problem is that the Curt CrossWing has a five inch offset from the axel center to allow it to be used on trucks with shorter beds. On my Chevy 3500 with a eight foot bed that five inches of offset is just enough to make for a very rough ride.

If you have a truck with an eight foot bed I strongly recommend you DO NOT PURCHASE the Curt CrossWing Hitch.

I'm hoping that Trailer do the right thing and refund my $800 or exchange the CrossWing with a different Curt Hitch.

Quality trailer. There were subtle areas of paint scruff and needs touchup paint to prevent potential rust. Otherwise nice quality welds and sturdy.

I researched the tires and wheels from your website and was able to make an informed decision that I am very happy with. I was able to install the new equipment and get back on the road. Thank you!

Installed hitch and bolts were wrong size. Confirmed with instructions and a rep. Disappointed was expecting to tow for holiday weekend. Sending out another set of hardware but won't arrive till later in week. Car is taken apart and hitch is half installed. Sadness all around

I ordered my hitch and when it was delivered, I noticed that one of the advertised features of the hitch was missing. I called and explained the situation and, without hesitation, the representative sent over a return shipping label, and processed a replacement hitch to be shipped out that day, but not before requesting confirmation that the replacement hitch be inspected for the feature prior to boxing up for shipment. This is not the first time I've needed assistance from customer service, and they have always gone above and beyond to ensure that I am satisfied with my purchase. Unless things take a turn for the worse within the company, they have a customer for life in me.

Easy ordering, product as expected and very quick delivery time

User friendly site but saw a suggestion for 2" ball and ball mount kit for my 2003 Toyota Camry but could not find it to add to cart

Watch the video, it explains everyting you need to know. I used my dremal to grind the necessary room to fit the brackets inside the frame. I plan to order the wiring harness from here as well.

Ordered pre-greased replacement hubs for my trailer. Experience was great! Easy to find exactly what I needed, order was a breeze, items were packed and shipped well, and lots of info available right on the website to assist with correct installation and specs. Everything was delivered in a timely manner but I was disappointed the way the Maxair vent covers were shipped. The two covers were shoved together deforming the inner one. Poor shipping practice.
