Product got here on time, It was the right fit for my van. Customer service emailed me making sure I got it and also to see if I needed anything else.
Product fits perfectly and is exactly what I wanted. Packaging left much to be desired. The product was in a large box with no interior packaging to keep it from bouncing around and, because it is heavy, breaking through the exterior box. The finish was scraped off of all the parts that ended up being exposed through the box. It was not severe damage, a bit of chassis spray paint fixed everything. I just would have expected something much better to prevent damage to the product.

The initial order I received had been damaged in shipping. I'm not sure if that was the fault of ETrailer or UPS. I contacted ETrailer and they sent out a replacement right away. They also made arrangements with UPS to have the damaged item picked up. Great service!
I'm a return customer to ETrailer. Always have a good experience. The hitch was what it was described in the website. The only issue is that the heavy hitch broke through the box in a couple of places during shipping and the paint chipped off.
Really need two people for this. One to hold the bracket in place and the other to screw in the bolts.
