I ordered a hitch and wiring kit for my 2021 Rav4 and it arrived the day it said it would. The installation instructions for the hitch were good and the time estimation was right on target. It said 15 minutes to install for a pro and 30 minutes for a beginner. I was done in 17 minutes, it was that easy.
They had the exact Equalizer hitch ball I wanted at a good price and quick delivery!

The Etrailer videos showing installation on my same year and model were outstanding! Made for an easy install. The wiring was the same.

Ordering was easy. Got the correct order with all parts included. The only thing that would make it better would be for me to figure out how to register for the warranty. That seems to be the manufacturers website issue.

A broken leaf spring blew out a tire and ruined a wheel. One call to ask questions. Then order leafs and wheels with mounted tires. Fast delivery and back on the road for another weekend.
After talking with a representative and CONFIRMING the right hitch parts for my Dodge Ram 3500, I ended up with an order for a Ram chassis type (without the bed) frame. These needed to be returned and the right set of parts ordered. I'm out a lot of time, sweat and money in getting the right parts - hopefully the new order will fit properly.
I was unsure if this was really what I needed for my truck but the installation videos and specs helped me make a confident purchase. It was easy to install and has worked great so far, will be buying from here again if I need anything else.
