Hitch fit as advertised. Several useful videos are available that show how to install the hitch. No surprises were encountered. HOWEVER -- all the videos shows the car hoisted 6 feet up on a hydraulic lift -- not something the average homeowner has at his/her disposal at home. It would be good to show how it is installed at ground level, without a hydraulic lift.
ALSO: the ground shipment company delivered the hitch in a badly torn and damaged ship container that was wrapped in tape to prevent it from falling apart. The hitch is pretty much indestructible, so it was OK, but it was disconcerting seeing the container in shambles.

I found The replacement part quickly. I got an email that even said that it shipped on a holiday and arrived very quickly. I was surprised.
Parts arrived on time. Box was beat up a bit but materials were fine. Install was pretty straight forward after watching video. Having a grinder tool to cut the bumper is much easier than trying to use a utility knife. It's also easier with two people so that one holds the hitch in place whilst the others starts the bolts. Pay attention to the video tip about moving around the bolt that is in the way. It's straight forward to do but only if you know what's happening when the hitch won't go in. Also, another tip. If you need trailer lights there is likely a pigtail behind the rear panel that you can simply plug into and run it out the back - no holes in the frame necessary.
The light fixture we ordered was broken when it came. We called and a new one was delivered within a week. Thank you so much.
