Rochelle was awesome. I was picking up a large boat in Phoenix that I had bought a couple of months earlier. I was assured the brakes would be working as I was towing it back to Oklahoma. The CHUNKS of rust in the surge brake master cylinder said those brakes hadn't worked in years. Since the actuator was welded to the frame I decided to go with an electric over hydraulic system. Rochelle insured it was sent out 2nd day even though it was late in Missouri. As I dug into it further I found out the brake shoes and wheel cylinders were beyond repair also. As it was even later I ordered online but the shipping came back as 3-5 days. I called Rochelle the next morning and she was able to change the order to next day. Brakes worked great on the trip home. Thanks e-trailer.

Wanted my work boat and work utility trailer to operate on the same ball. This product fit perfectly with three more holes to drill. Two holes already lined up perfect. Now I can use both trailers with out having to change the ball. Definitely like the product and the auto hitch feature.

Not easy to find the replacement mount for the odd sized Furrion 4.3 monitor mount. Thank goodness I found it here with a reputable seller, though.
The original mount was used maybe 15-20 times and simply broke where the suction piece is held on, never experienced that before.
I think the price is a bit high, but if the quality is as well, then I'm happy; it appears to be good quality.
So far, so good, hope it lasts better that the OEM version.
