I was looking for a "hidden" hitch, i.e., one that only shows the receiver and does not show the cross bar when standing behind the vehicle. After reviewing the five different hitches for my vehicle, it became apparent that hitches are not classified as "Hidden" or "Not hidden", so I call customer support to find out which are hidden. Support was zero help and simply referred me to the website and told me to look at the pics for each and every hitch. The woman seemed annoyed that I was even asking.

This is my 5th hitch receiver from etrailer over the years. They are my go to for anything towing related.
Package was received with severe damage. Fortunately the hitch receiver had only light damage. All the paint was scraped off the bottom back end of the receiver, and the area was has deep scratches. I think the product is all right, so no complaints or reservations with installing it. Installation was easy.
Super happy with the product was missing one piece but was able to talk to customer service which was amazing and they got my issue taken care of.
