Box showed up and the hitch was poking out of the box on the bottom on each bracket. Fortunately does not seem to scratched. I sure it was the handler.

Ibuy purchased a new 2 speed manual winch with twice the capacity of my old winch making pulling my boat up onto the trailer much easier. The new coupler is rated for 5000 pounds giving me an extra margin of safety when towing the boat and trailer, especially on rough roads. Etrailer is my 1st and only stop to buy trailer and camper parts.

Delivery was great on items. The wiring harness for a 2023 F250 doesn't fit even though the site says it does. Please check this item close because Ford made some changes to the 2023 model than previous models.

I had a hitch installed by a local garage and their mechanic tried to wire the trailer wiring into the tail lights. That was a big mistake. Not only is it not possible without a special module, the wires at the tail lights are very small gauge wire and difficult to strip and tap into. I ended up undoing the garage's work and replacing it with the wiring harness from etrailer. The install was simple, maybe 10 minutes, and it worked perfectly. Great product. I used the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector.

I was able to easily find product on website, ordered and delivered timely.

I purchased the hitch so that I could mount a bike rack on my wife's car before going on vacation. When I placed the order, it said "expected date of delivery" would be on Wednesday, with no cost for shipping. It also had another option that cost an additional $8 for delivery on the same day. There was a $120 option (or thereabouts) for delivery on the previous day (Tuesday). I thought "what knucklehead would pay $8 for delivery on Wednesday, if free shipping is going to get it here on the same day?" As soon as I placed the order with free shipping, however, I received a confirmation that the delivery was going to occur on Thursday, not Wednesday. I got nervous since this only gave me one day to install the hitch before going on vacation. I called to ask about the change in delivery date, and was told that the "free shipping" is really a "best guess", and that if I really needed it on Wednesday day I should have paid the extra cost for shipping. Next time I will do so!
