I received an email telling me that my parts had shipped, and links to track the packages. E trailer gives personalized attention to the customer from actual people.

Etrailer customer service was outstanding. The upgrade kit for the Dometic FanTastic roof vent upgrade kit worked perfectly, but it took some effort. The instructions omitted one major step, the jumper on the circuitboard needs to remain in place or be removed depending on the type of fan motor in the unit being upgraded. The instructions said nothing, zero, about this. I discovered this in posts by members on a Facebook group for my RV.

CS followed up after the sale. Part (slide out seal 2-7/8" was much better quality than i had expected and package showed that it could actually be used in place of H seals!
Had everything I needed to replace older Demco 5th wheel hitch parts, pricing was good and shipping was very fast. Would recommend to them that they also offer 3/4" grade 5 replacement bolts and lock nuts for sale as the old ones I had to reuse were rusty and had been rounded a bit during original installation. Would have purchased if available.
I ordered rear bushing for my trailer spring. The listing never states that you get a set of two. So I selected qty 2 and I received two separate orders with 2 bushing in each order. When I called they said I could return but I would have to pay return shipping and it wouldn't be cost effective. To me that is misleading.
