Excellent product and customer service, however the mounting holes didn't didn't quite line up with my truck's frame, no matter how I repositioned the hitch. I had to grind a 32nd or so off two of the holes to get the bolts in.
Had what I was looking for. It was easy to install. It replaced the existing jack and the mounting holes matched exactly.

It was very easy to buy a hitch for my RAV4. Unfortunately, I won't be able to install until we get better weather. I am a little concerned because the hitch looks bent. I hope I can get it mounted!

This is the 2nd time ordering from this company. With the 1st order, everything went smoothly, and the product (a lense cover) fit perfectly.
I love this trailer cover, but this is my 3rd time ordering it. After a year, the corners of the cover starts to rip and eventually rips all apart.
If you can somehow protect each top of the corner of each cover, this would be the perfect cover for trailers.
