Trailer was custom built by students in shop class. Taillights were 3-1/2 inch inside 4 in steel tubes. You can imagine how hard I had to look to find them. Video showed me these were the exact fit I needed.
I thought it kind of funny that our order of 2 clips the size of large cotter pins arrived in such a huge and padded box. A small bubble-wrap envelope would have sufficed and, perhaps, might have reduced the shipping costs, which were almost as much as the clips themselves. The clips were secured on a board with plastic wrap. The board and wrap were too dirty to handle. I had to clean it off with a Clorox wipe before I could store it anywhere. It looked like it had been on a shelf a very long time. None the less, we were glad to be able to get them. They were also available at Amazon for slightly less including the total cost with shipping, but by ordering from Etrailer, I knew that I would be more likely to receive the correct parts, so it was certainly worth it to me.
It was extremely easy to find the correct part and the order was shipped very quickly. The videos were very easy to follow and the descriptions on the video matched each step. Highly recommend ordering from these guys if you need a part.
Love Etrailer stuff, I like how I can input my information on my vehicles and it tells me what will fit my particular vehicle.

The experience couldn't gone more smoothly. From placing the initial order, the time it took be delivered, and the installation onto the vehicle. The hitch matched exactly what was ordered and bolted right up with no serious complications. My sons and I do all of the mechanic work required on all of our own vehicles. The only hiccup we ran into was a conflict with the length of the after market exhaust we installed. The main cross tube of the hitch didn't leave enough room to reinstall the exhaust with it hitting the hitch assembly. No worries though, we shortened the exhaust by about 2" and everything was good! It might be worth adding a small note for people when ordering that if an after market exhaust is installed on a vehicle, modification of the exhaust may be required.;-)

I've been dealing with etrailer since they were a very small company. I've always liked dealing with them, but miss the interaction I used to get visiting the store since everything is pretty well through online at this time. I typically always find the quality and pricing I'm looking for.
This used to be a great company, I've used them for years because they had knowledgeable staff and with them being a local company for me I could pick up and do returns right at the business which was pretty close by. Then COVID and I had several transactions. I swear the COVID caused the company to decline rapidly. It is like they lost all their good help. The advice I got online was no longer all that helpful. I could not pick up or return items to their front desk well past when most other businesses in the area had dropped all their COVID restrictions. Even though I live within 20 minutes of their warehouse, one item I ordered took over two weeks to get delivered. Safety chains typically come as a set, but when I ordered I only received one and when I called to talk to them about it, they claimed to be out of that particular chain so they wanted to sell me a much more expensive set. So I agreed, and returned the original chain I received and had to pay for the return shipping. Nobody ever contacted me on the original order to question me about ordering just a single chain even though I was also ordering a hitch on the same order that required two safety chains. I also ordered some things for my Ram truck. One accessory didn't fit even though their web site said it did so returned it (again had to pay for return shipping on their mistake). Another item I got on the wrong line and accidentally ordered model for Ford truck. Everything else on the order was for Ram, but again nobody questioned it and again I had to pay for return shipping for a heavy gooseneck ball and safety chain kit. Did I say I live locally and drive by their business frequently? But NO you can't drop anything off to save the shipping charge. We're too woke for that. So they've pretty much lost a customer for life at this point.
