I needed a product to help the rear sag on my 2024 Tacoma when towing my travel trailer. The industry doesn't have much out there for my truck but ETRAILER had what I needed from TIMBREN that would help support my suspension when doing heavy towing. The TIMBREN suspension enhancement system was the game changer. It replaces the factory bump stops in the rear and gives the truck an even stance under a load. Makes for a much better ride too. To start off with, I tried ordering the hardwired surge protector from Amazon… not once, not twice, but FIVE times. Amazon reassured me after the 3rd incorrect item sent that they would have a human pull the item to verify the correct item was being shipped. Turned out they only started an internal investigation on how/why the system kept sending the incorrect product. Was also told to try one more time (marking the 5th order)… same incorrect item being sent.
Etrailer got the order correct and had fast shipping. Very happy to not have a hassle any longer and can hardwire the surge protector this weekend.

We ordered a hitch for a Mazda CX5. It came very fast, all of the parts were included and the instructions were very clear. We use E Trailer for all of are trailer needs.
Ordered $50 worth of parts which seemed reasonable until $50 shipping was added then converted to cdn dollars $50 had now became $150. I would have cancelled the order if I wasn't in a situation that I needed to fix a trailer quickly as it is going to be used to build a Christmas float so that Santa can deliver gifts and food hampers to families in need who are battling cancer

I ordered a coupler, jack stand and new trailer light kit. All items arrived in a sturdy box and well packed. I'm reserving a five star rating until all the items are installed, but the quality of the replacement parts appear to be well made and hopefully I get many years of hassle free use
