I read the reviews for a hitch and was convinced to try one of the etrailer hitches instead of the OEM one (which cost over 2x as much) - and I am so happy I did! The hitch is great, easy to install, the price was awesome and the shipping was very fast. The customer service from etrailer was also amazing.
I like how they have the Q and A set up where I can find the exact RV part needed when replacing my propane gas detector.
E-trailer shipped my package immediately and it arrived as described.
We the UPS driver dropped the box off we looked at the condition of the box and immediately thought we would be sending it back. Once we opened up the box we were pleasantly surprised it wasn't bent, it had scratching here and there but overall it was ok. I installed it and it works perfectly.
Suggestion- I know these steps are very heavy but... maybe have Lippert pack them a little more cushioning so they don't get damaged/scratched during shipment.
Other than that issue we are happy!

This was the first time I had an issue with an order placed with etrailer. I ordered a new coupler for my boat trailer. Unfortunately a completely different coupler was sent. I contacted customer service, and although I had to wait a few more days for the correct part, the issue was resolved quickly.
