Sort of fast and easy. Good description of wheel and tire. I would buy from them again.

Swift & convenient, but I wish I knew there was an option for stainless steel vs plated bolt hardware shipped with the product.
This Bump Step is the second one I ordered to add to a second vehicle. The first Bump Step came with the stainless steel hardware, so I assumed the hardware would be the same on the second one.
Disappointed.

USPS left this order in my mailbox which was too big to close so it was left in the weather. This isn't the best shipping option.
If another shipping method would have been used this would have been five.

Even though the local mail service there did not properly scan my order into their system, the customer support folks here communicated with me in a timely fashion and my package arrived on time. Everything seems to be as expected. Would have been nice to have screws and bolts in the package for the mouting bracket but I used some of my own.

We are so grateful we found etrailer. We are a body shop that was needing a specific hitch for our van. The dealer did not have it and we were in a time crunch to get this vehicle gone. I thought it was a scam because of how reasonable the pricing was BUT IT WASN'T! Not only that, but we also received the hitch within 3 DAYS! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

They sell good products at a very reasonable price and shipping is good. No damage to the mirrors that I ordered. I've used them in the past and they will be a goto whne I need something in the future.

Super fast shipping and great prices, got the etrailer hitch and wiring harness for my 2010 RAV4. Worked great a little finessing of the hitch to fit but if you have installed hitches noting abnormal

Excellent site to purchase tire chains and not being so sure on which ones are best for your vehicle. Etrailer made it so smooth based on recommendations for your vehicle model plus specs and how to install videos included for each product. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Overall the the shopping purchase was smooth and shipping was completed in a timely fashion. The replacement motor was listed as a direct replacement for my application. The part numbers were even identical. But somewhere down the line a design change took place and was not a like for like replacement. The motor coil had a revision and didn't fit the fan mount without a little modification. Which none of that is etrailer fault. But it should be noted in the stat information.

I really like the look of these steps. They look and feel premium. I hope they last a long time with no issues.

I placed my order online. Within an hour I had an email saying that my order had been received. Within another hour my order had been shipped. Package showed up when it said it was going to be delivered both packages showed up at the same time. Customer service and product we're right on par. Only complaint would be that the directions are not very good. Other than that superb.
