The delivery was about 3 days later than expected to be but I do not think that is Etrailer's fault, but they may consider my response in the future when determining who to use as a shipper because when it's late it comes back to Etrailer regardless. But the problem I have with Etrailer is my adapter I received does the job, but they had to make it up by adding the one 7 pin end and they just attached the wires and used black electrical tape to cover the area rather than it being a professional looking job and a good solid adapter cord.

Usps had the package within 15 miles of my location for one day then sent it to over 50 miles away held it for day so I had a two day loss finally got it on Saturday so this is totally on usps.

I ordered a aluminum 8 inch drop to fit a 2 inch receiver and that is what I got but it was a used one or a returned one the stickers were peeled of with part remaining it had marks on it where it was in a receiver previously and it had had a ball mounted on it with the scar marks from the lock washer, I was supposed to got a brand new one, I have ordered before from e trailer with no issues but this time they sent me a returned product at a new price so needless to say I will not be purchasing from e trailer again and I will tell everyone I know what they did!

Our trailers dressing room door handle has always been wonky and now it's finally broke so we scoured the internet for a new one. I needed a 4 1/4 by 4 1/4 handle but I couldn't find one. This one was the best we could fine and all we had to do was widen the hole by a half inch so it worked well.
We (my husband and I) bought chains so we can drive in snowy conditions, it was easy to purchase from etrailers and they suggested the right sized chains for our car! Thank you!
