Yes, I received my two orders from the etrailer, and these products are comparable to the original parts.

I purchased a replacement knob for a Thule roof rack. Communication was excellent and delivery was timely. The automatic system online suggested a bolt that accompanied that knob - so I purchased it. When they arrived, I noticed the two did not match. I am sure this is a small glitch in the system, but I wish I had double checked.

This was my third hitch purchase though Etrailer and like the two times before I was thoroughly impressed with both the Curt hitch and the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
The hitch itself is incredibly well made and all of the attachment points lined up perfectly. I have to acknowledge that a 4 day turnaround on a hitch that perfectly machined is unheard of. I mean does Etrailer just stock hitches for every vehicle made? That blows me away almost as much as having a video installation guide for my exact vehicle! You cannot ask for more with this company, because they already deliver their best! One tiny little nit-pick, plastic retainer rings that stop the carriage bolts from accidentally popping back up into the frame would be a nice addition to the hardware bag.
As for the people I had the privilege of dealing with, hats off to Paul B, Amy J, John H, Lauren A and Tifini S. Who all reached out to me to make sure my purchase experience was the best it could be! I run the sales and customer service department for a mid sized building products company and I'm holding your crew up as a model to how customer interaction should happen.

I should be able to setup an account to track history. Purchased air bags 15 years go and because of no receipt, they were not covered by warranty.

Very easy process, haven't had time to install it but watching the video it looks like a breeze

Instructions were good and other than needing to drop the muffler for clearance, it was pretty easy. I did use a floor jack to hold it in place to get bolts started. Looks good!

As usual you guys came through with another great purchase. The installation was very simple and the snap pads are going to be a great addition to my motorhome. No more climbing under to place wood blocks.
