Had a chance to ask about reversing the location of the motor in the above-described item. It was nowhere to be found and Kyle from ETrailer researched and returned with an answer to my question on a personalized basis at the item page. Because of it, it allows me to continue pursuing my interest on said item. Will be purchasing it in a few days. What an outstanding company for the times.

The hitch came promptly, instructions were easy to understand, and it fit perfectly. Had a friend help with the installation and it took about 20 minutes.

After a lot of research, I still could not find an answer to a question about compatibility of a trailer tow harness and a flat tow harness on my Jeep Wrangler. The adapter worked as advertised
Once I figured out that the manufacturer did not connect the ground wire to my travel trailer correctly for the camera
I was only getting 10 volts to the camera after I connected the 7 way adapter I was getting almost 13 volts
Camera works great

I was very happy with Etrailer.com until a recent purchase. I was very disappointed with the product. A week later, I received an email to review the product. I left an honest, but negative review. Out of curiosity, I checked the status of this review a few weeks later. It does not show up on the website. I contacted them. Still no review. That was 3 months ago. Still no review. The only reason I can see for this is that they prioritize sales over customer satisfaction. The hide negative reviews to prevent customers from making informed decisions. I am done doing business with them. Why have a review system if you plan on blocking negative reviews?

Received a quick and thorough explanation from Robin - thank you. Not the reply I was hoping for, given the etrailer does not offer what I am looking for, but so it goes. I was looking for a trailer hitch that is longer than 8 inches, that also has the sway bar tab on it. As always etrailer has been helpful and quick to reply.

Was wanting to upgrade my brake controller, but needed help finding the correct wiring harness. Asked for help with that, and Jered promptly answered with the part number that I needed to use. I ordered it and have already received it.

As soon as I get the title for the truck. I'll be ordering the Reese Sidewinder and wedge. The Demco above bed rails have hex bolt heads on top of the rails. So I am looking at other rails to install, that have carriage bolt heads on the sides of the rails. I have trusted Etrailer for my projects and upgrades!
