Good, but I didn't see an explanation of what etags are. I would like to know.
Hello,
I did receive my tags, but the registration doc has the wrong address, so I will have to go to DMV to resolve. I tried to address this when I received my receipt & saw the initial temp reg. Which showed only a town name (Napa, not Kentfield) then when the temporary reg. Was sent by your rep by email, it had an address. Also in Napa, that looks like a vacant lot on Googlemaps. Again, I tried to address this issue over the phone & in email, but your rep said that was the address on file & he couldn't cancel or change it. My preference would have been to cancel & address the mailing address issue before applying for the registration. I will not use etags in the future, and didn't intend to in the first place, the DMV web page seemed to switch me to etags mid-transaction & I didn't notice til it was too late.
Other than the fact that this was a very expensive transaction for me it was very efficient and quick.
Efficient service plus I did everything from home. Beats the heck out of going to the DMV.

The person I spoke to on the phone was Professional, the process was easy and the title arrived quickly.
I paid for overnight delivery. I paid on a Friday and expected it on Saturday. I didn't get it until Monday
CANCEL And please give my money back, you charge 30.00 more than MVA. I want refund, if I remember correctly I paid with PayPal?
We've had issues with the DMV. Registration never coming. This service is fast and reliable. I use it every year. It cost more… but at the point with Ca system, I'm just glad they show up within a few days and I get the temporary paper online and I can on and get it if I can't find the other one. Super convenient. Only thing is right now I'm trying to sell my car and I needed a replacement sent, it doesn't tell me how long it normally takes for someone to review your submission. But other than me being anxious about it, I think they are awesome. I'd rather pay the extra fee and have my stickers show up than pay my fees and have the DMV give me the run around about where they are. Never going back to the DMV.

I don't understand why I went through everything then after I thought I had finished I was sent an email and was told to supply more information, the same stuff you use to supply in years past at beginning of application? I am unsure why license cost so much. Also was charged a different amount then the computer told me?
Unfortunately have 2 vehicles with Registration due the same month. This site allowed me to select an Affirm payment plan so its not as big of an impact on my finances. Ended up receiving my Registration cards and stickers within a matter of days.
