It was straightforward to register my wife's car in CT. I received the final/approved registration within a few hours of online payment.

Fast and easy, I received my tags in the mail within the week.
I totally messed up when I thought that the eTags website was the NYS DMV website when I tried to renew my auto registration. I called eTags and they gave me a full refund, even though I was the one who screwed up. They originally charged me but then removed the charge and it did not post to my account. The representative with whom I spoke was professional, respectful and kind to me and removed the pending amount immediately.
Easy process for getting tags. Will use this again.

For $50, the tags should have been hand delivered in a silver platter with caviar. Now I'm doing your work for you by confirming delivery? Didn't Biden pass legislation on scam fees. This is taking advantage of people by forcing an extra charge on them for something people need to do every year. Drop the price by 80% and then I'll give you another star for moving up from scam to hustle. Just because I have to renew my vehicle registration, it shouldn't make me a mark.
I wrongly assumed that this would be an overnight process. However, Fernando pushed my order through (as my registration was grossly expired-my fault) and I now have a new registration for my windshield! Give Fernando a pay raise!

You sent, and charged me twice for my sticker and registration for tag JGI. I53. Please refund one of them or I will have to contact my credit card company to dispute the transaction duplicate.

My husband is 88 yrs old and went on-line to find the Govt DMV and car registration. The appearance of ETAGS site makes an elderly person not very experienced with the internet to believe that this was a true Govt site. ETags makes you "think" you're at a Gov site. We didn't realize all of the transaction fees were going to be charged and we asked immediately to terminate the DMV registration request. This did not happen. In fact, nobody answered our request for the entire weekend. SO buyer beware! And especially elderly buyer beware. We felt tricked…..
