Business taken care of in a professional and speedy manner. Received by electronic registration next business day, which really was convenient having something rather than nothing when you are out on the road for couple months, and not able to get to the DMV.
Unfortunately have 2 vehicles with Registration due the same month. This site allowed me to select an Affirm payment plan so its not as big of an impact on my finances. Ended up receiving my Registration cards and stickers within a matter of days.
Renewed my car registration. Paid by credit card. They don't tell you how much Florida Registration state taxes but include a sample table from last year. Last year said $36. So I was Ok and moved forward. The next day i get a confirmation and it says 71 for the taxes. Had I known I would of went another way. My fault for being stupid and paying and not knowing. Please I hope this helps someone from my poor judgement. Then I write a complaint to contact customer service. Request ignored. Oh well..
I didn't realize until the tags shipped that this site charged me $29 in "service fees" on a one year tag renewal that was only $36 to begin with. I could have spent $10 more dollars and gotten 2 years renewal spending this much! I'm very disappointed and annoyed. This is unacceptable.
Great services came in 3-5 days very quick and easy i will definitely do this again next year. Was on time on point no hold backs not problems dint have to wait long lines at the dmv ordered online quick and easy.
The e tag system was fairly easy once you got into it. Much ore expensive than sending a check. I will probably use snail mail next time.
Ordered my registration renewal tags via online address and PayPal. Got tags in a few days! Other than walking into a dmv office with no crowd. This was very quick and easy!

Everything worked out perfectly. My Order showed up on time. The whole transaction was easy and direct. I will not be waiting in line at the tag office anymore. I highly recommend this service to anyone who wants to avoid the lines.

They charged me $30 more than the Tag office that I could have done online. I got an extra $10 charge on my banking after the fact. Site said you could cancel charge within an hour, but NO option available to do this. Will NOT use again!
The on-line renewal process was extremely easy and quick to use. I renewed on line in lieu of mailing a check snail mail but there are processing fees that apply on line which is the only down fall.
Otherwise this was a flawless transaction! Thank you!
It took 3 months to start the registration. People are like ghost that never respond to the e-mails. They did all my registration with wrong names and now I have to re-do it. They won't answer e-mails or calls. Stay Away. Is nerve racking to try to get a response from this people.
A couple of clicks and my car tag is renewed! No standing in line at the DMV. They also send me email reminders well in advance of the deadline so that I don't forget. I really love doing business with Etags.

The site was easy to use. I was surprised at how quickly they shipped (same day, I think, or next day) and very glad I had not paid extra for expedited service. I did contemplate whether the ~ 20% (in my case) was worth it but decided Yes, it is, for the convenience and time it saved me vs a manual filling of forms through DMV, etc. And, it's only every 2 years, anyway.

I have never renewed a registration online. Website was very easy to navigate. Liked the fact I kept getting emails with updates on my registration renewal, so I knew where my request was at. To my surprised, I received it in the mail sooner than expected. Definitely recommend it and will renew my plate in 2 years again.

Very misleading. They give you a total for tags, you ok to pay it. Only to find bank account drained by them. Saying there were additional fees from dmv. $799.00 is a far cry from $169.00 that they quoted me. BEWARE OF THIS SITE! Now how can I get my money back from dmv.?
Etags allowed me to use their payment plan method and that was definitely a blessing. I had 3 kids birthdays in the same month and was super stressed about being able to register my car on time, as I drive for a living. The tags came within a few days of ordering and I am no longer non compliant. Also, before the tags and registration card arrived, I was seemingly almost pulled over by law enforcement but the company already sent current information to the DMV. It's a win-win for me!
I could not find palm beach county vehicle registration site. Every thing I clicked on sent me to e Tags. After an hour I finally filled e Tag registration and was given confirmation that it would be $80.50. Out of frustration I submitted it but when I got my registration it was $95.50 almost $30.00 more than my registration should have been. At this horrific time in this country I think this is unconscionable but you are certainly getting your money. Would appreciate you making some kind of adjustment
Saved me the hassle of going to DMV, waiting on line for hours just to update registration and get tags. Your web site was soooo easy to use. And the tags arrived as promised. 5 stars... very happy, the extra cost was worth not being exposed to any possible sickness while waiting in line at DMV. THANK YOU so very much. Initially I sent an email to support last Tuesday (6 days ago now) asking for help logging in because their status page indicated there was jo order for my email, despite it showing up on my bank statement. I thought that maybe I could email them to get this issue resolved and switch the emails, but they never responded.
After that, I gave them a call near opening time on monday this week and asked for a call back. I did not receive a call back all day! I ended up calling them later in the afternoon to just hold until someone answered. Nobody ever did and I ended up getting hung up on. I still have yet to receive my new registration or any feedback from the company. Horrible customer service.
