My seats registration came in 4 days.
I would highly recommend this procedure when a new registration is needed.
Very easy to navigate.,my tags were vanity plates Choose Life PD 257
Just to remind the plates I am ordering: Choose Life PD 257
I owed tolls and once i paid my fees they shipped out and notified me when it was arriving. Love the fact they sent you a copy to youre email in case getting pulled over or you lose it and you could request another one it you do lose youre physical one.
Went into the DMV and they want me to take my time write a report to Sacramento, etc, but that still lets etags run amok because they the DMV would simply refund me the overcharge. I'm trying to start from ground zero with the DMV and delete the entire etags transaction completely but tags they were the ones who I started the title transfer with, so I'm working on it from ground zero. For the record etags.com took $1762. 90 when my screen of their website of my cart at check-out cart $380. I was in shock the next day seeing myself that far in the red. Never ever happened before in my life, and so far they have gotten away with it. Corporate crimes in our country, a much needed discussion. By the way, once you start a claim regarding, they fully disappear. That might be a good things actually.
, When I put the VIN and the other stats into their system the amount that was generated by their website for my registration was $308. That is the amount I authorized. A few days later I'm almost $1000 in the red which NEVER happened in my life because these "people" withdrew $1782. 90 WITHOUT authorization, without notification, without explanation, without an email, letter, phone call, without any communication whatsoever. They did not return several phone calls and emails and I am having to file against them. Even the Bank of America Claims specialist was surprised at the large amount of money they took from my account. By the way, their website is manipulated according to their whims and when I clicked on the receipt in my inbox for the $308 amount that I did authorize, it had magically changed to $1782. 90 amount... once again without ANY notification on their part and completely without my knowledge, permission and authorization to do so. Then when the bank blocked them from any further access to my account, I received the information that they had already set up recurring payments without my authorization. Thank God the bank was able to block them and now I am patiently waiting to get my money back. The ONLY reason I was stupid enough to reach out to them is because the DMV's had been closed because of all the hoopla, and I thought they were the DMV. Steer clear of this company.
The online system is efficient and saves time. I would recommend this method to other people.
Very good. Super easy and quick. Will do it again once the new year comes in
Thank you, Sahily!
Took a while but pleased that the Vehicle Title is here! Glad it could be handled online!
Easy to request etags but I did not realise that I would be paying extra fees for the experience. Then when I did receive registration card and tags in the mail I received them for another person with a different vehicle. I called immediately to have proper tags sent to me which I received in a few days. Altogether a very disappointing experience.
Violet, thank for this feedback. Our apologies for the shipping error and inconvenience. We have issued a refund of our $19.95 Service Fee. We appreciate you confirming receipt of the replacement.
The process was easy and painless. Received the registration and sticker in a short time. The added fees for the online service was a bit much in my opinion.
They paid somebody else's registration with my money and refuse to refund my money gave me the run-around for 3 months and still nothing never buy your tags from here it's not worth it extra fees and penalties go to www.dmv.com
Etags will charge you 150.00 service fee right from the start, ON TOP of whatever DMV fees you will have to pay by the completion of your order. They do not disclose this information clearly and will charge you 50.00 if you cancel halfway through the order (once you discover what I did about their ridiculous 150.00 service fee). They are just an online funnel to scam 50 dollars at a time through mass applications and cancellations.
Process was very convenient.
Lot easier than going in person.
Glad we could help, Maria. Thank you for using eTags.
This company is as crooked as they come did my renewal they took 89.00 which was 20.00 more than it was to get it through my state DMV and there was an error I transposed two letters on my license plate number I tried to correct it but their website kept rejecting the corrected version.I had to cancel my order but they did not refund my account back the 89.00 yet. Do not do business with this company.
I'm disputing my charge. They lure you in with what appears to be an easy online process than ask for information that the DMV doesn't even require. They want me to do a VIN identification for a small inflatable boat trailer. How ridiculous. Don't use these people.
O will never order from this website is a ft scam.o order a registration n they send renewon.don't never use this side
We've had issues with the DMV. Registration never coming. This service is fast and reliable. I use it every year. It cost more… but at the point with Ca system, I'm just glad they show up within a few days and I get the temporary paper online and I can on and get it if I can't find the other one. Super convenient. Only thing is right now I'm trying to sell my car and I needed a replacement sent, it doesn't tell me how long it normally takes for someone to review your submission. But other than me being anxious about it, I think they are awesome. I'd rather pay the extra fee and have my stickers show up than pay my fees and have the DMV give me the run around about where they are. Never going back to the DMV.
I order my tittle and 3 days later I had it in my door. Sounds like an expensive expense, but when you think about the value of your time, the pain to get an appointment, the fact that you don't have to do anything else but wait and the free time you earn, each cent is worth.
Answer: Hi Karl, yes, you can. If you are already an owner of the vehicle, you can order a duplicate or replacement title if you lost your original copy. If you need to transfer ownership into your name, you can also request a transfer of the title only without applying for a registration. We provide both of these services in Florida, California, and Pennsylvania. New York services will be online soon. Visit eTags.com to choose the state and service. If your vehicle is not currently registered in any of those state or you are not transferring that title to that state, you can still do the same service directly with the DMV in the state you are in. Thanks for your question and best of luck.
Answer: Hello Patricia, thanks for your question and our apologies on the delay in reply as we do not check this third party, independent website regularly. You certainly can order a duplicate Florida title on our website by visiting https://www.etags.com/app/fl/print-title. If you have any questions or need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us directly by phone or email were we promise to get back to you in a prompt time frame. Take Care and Drive Safely.
Answer: Hi John, thanks for your question. We currently offer renewal service online in California, Maryland, and Florida. You will be able to still use our service if your vehicle is registered in California or Florida. Please keep in mind that the DMV will require we collect the past due amount along with the fee to bring your tag current through the next year. If your vehicle is registered in Maryland, the MVA requires you renew in person if you are more than 6 months late so you will not be able to complete the order online with eTags. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Answer: Hi Wilma, thank you for your message. We apologize for the delayed reply as this site (sitejabber.com) is not owned or operate by eTags and we do not monitor communications via this independent reviews website regularly. Our support team can respond to inquires within 24 hours if we are contacted directly by phone or email. On our website, both before and after and order is submitted for Florida registered vehicle, we itemized our service fees and we disclose that your state registration fee is to be determined (TBD). The Florida registration fee is not listed on the website becuase, since we are not the DMV, we have to send your plate information to a state licensed agency to calculate that amount and that is done offline. We do provide a resource before the order is placed that allow you to estimate the amount of your state registration fee and we also disclose on our website that we are not owned or operated by any government agency. We apologize if you missed that information prior to completing your order. Your registration was already renewed on 3/24/17 and this cannot be reversed with the state DMV. Your tags were already shipped to the address you provided us at the time you placed your order. Please contact our customer support team directly by phone or email and they will be able to assist you with any additional questions or concerns you may have.
Thank you, John. We appreciate the recommendation.
