Even with documented proof your customer service manager would not admit your mistake and did nothing to resolve the fact that I did not receive what I ordered. I will never use your service again and as a local high school teacher I will convey this situation to ALL of my students and colleagues in class and via the internet over and over so they do not use your service and the word is spread about your company and your service.

I thought this was the official site from my state.
When I called to cancel the order, nobody picked up, and I got an answering machine response.
Expedited option still took a week arrive.

While the site is easy to use, NOWHERE is it indicated how much is charged at the end. It is FAR LESS expensive to just mail in the bill or go into a DMV office. However, when I finally got thru and talked to someone, I did. At least, get back some of it.
