I ordered the trial and was charged for this, however 2 weeks later there was a charge for $136.33. When I called them they said this is the charge for the trial bottles and would only offer a 50% refund! Avoid this company! If I could give 0 stars I would!
I have just purchased my free trial today. I normally do research into sites but didn't until after I purchased.
Now I am freaking out that I have to cancel my bank card.
How do I unsubscribe so I won't be charged extra?

Ordered this to try as offered free and I just needed to pay postage, they have taken £119.86 out of my account today, tried e-mailing address not found, I am in the process of taking this further, disgusting behaviour. They advertise on face book, please be careful.

I bought this product on one of their trials and so far £73 pounds as been taken from my account. I rang them before the money was taken because I wanted to cancel but they said I could not because in the small print you sign up to a subscription.The small print is very small and I mean small.The lady on the phone said I could have the Argan oil for £29.95 and the other item as a free gift but they took £73 pounds from my account. Also the UK number on their site goes through to the Philippines.

I ordered a free sample and paid for postage. Next thing I get a call from my bank that there has been suspicious activity on my account. They got me for $450 before I cancelled my credit card. The used 3 different company.

I have been suffering from skin asthma and it has been a big problem for me. When I saw the advert online I applied for it and tried the product. I find it so effective and I've been using it for quite a while now.
I signed up for a "free trial" and got charged full-price next month. Apparently terms and conditions in very small font somewhere explained it, but seems unfair to me that the "free trial" is advertised in bold, whereas the details about being charged or subscribing are almost "hidden" from customers. Was disappointed at this unexpected bank transaction. Will appreciate customers being given clear, transparent instructions on what they are signing up for!

Recently came across this product on Facebook and thought I'd try a sample. Entered all my details including cc number but decided not to proceed so closed the site down and thought nothing more of it until my sample arrived a few weeks later and my account had been charged. A small amount so I decided not to worry about it until just now looking at my daily bank transactions I have been billed for a supply order and have also received an email advising my order has shipped. I had not even confirmed the sample little own an order valued at $155. I have emailed the company requesting this be cancelled immediately. This is disgusting that companies get away with this. This oil is wonderful. I use this on my face and it really works. It helps my skin to stay moisturized.
I signed up for the trial promotion of the Essence of Argan, good thing they have this promo, so I can try first and see if it's gonna work for me. Lucky me! It worked and I love it. I use it as a replacement for all the moisturizers i have been using. This one is good because it's organic, no chemicals on my face and skin. A bit pricey but they offer me a great discount so I can enjoy the product more. I would really recommend the product.
Do not touch this product as you are scammed into giving your credit card where they deduct money every month until you cancel your credit card, it doesn't matter how many times you call them or email them to cancel, they don't listen & keep stealing money from you...

I've been to many products for treating my dry skin but only the essence of argan oil does wonders in my skin. No chemical added to my skin as its pure organic argan oil. Worth the price!

Multiple international transactions have been taken from my account based on my "free trial". No product has been received, and their customer service team will not review the matter over email - even though their T&Cs state the opposite of this. I will be reporting them for fraudulent activity.

Simple. They are scammers.
I ordered a free sample product. I needed to pay for the shipping. (NZ$13). They will keep asking you if you got it. They will be nice to you and say they will track it down where they are right now. And they will ask you if you wanted to cancel it. Even if you cancel it, you wont get money back because it was free. $13 was for the shipping. They win. You lose.

I had done a sample on FB and was shocked when 300 was taken out of acct. I had shipped back the items immediately. They howeer would only refund me half becuase I didnt get a cancellation number before i sent the items back. Then the next month AGAIN they took 300 out of account even though they told me last call the account was cancelled. Now we come to August a couple months after the second time I cancelled order another 300 was taken out of my account and they are now saying that they didnt do it and nothing is showing on their end so I am having now to do a fraud investigation through bank because they will give me no help. BTW the second cancellation they AGAIN would only refund HALF becuase i couldnt find cancellation number. YET I had NO PRODUCT EVER. They rip you off totally. Stay away for it will cost you hundreds of dollars and a big hassel. I would rate a negative number if i could

They have just taken $280 out of my account. I saw an ad on Facebook about trying a free sample where I had to pay for postage and that way I gave my card details. However in the very very small print apparently you are signing up for a subscription. Before I had even received my first free sample the money had already come out for the 2nd. I rang and was told it was all in the terms. None of their emails had anything on there and the lady just hung up. Stay away from their website and ads - they rip you off.
