I signed up for a "free trial" and got charged full-price next month. Apparently terms and conditions in very small font somewhere explained it, but seems unfair to me that the "free trial" is advertised in bold, whereas the details about being charged or subscribing are almost "hidden" from customers. Was disappointed at this unexpected bank transaction. Will appreciate customers being given clear, transparent instructions on what they are signing up for!
