I ordered an essay and gave complete and detailed instructions. The writer completed the essay before time, but the essay was incomplete and not written according to instruction. I accepted the offer of revision, but reminded EssayThinker.com that I needed the revision completed within five hours of the original due date time or I could not use the essay. According to the EssayThinker.com website, my time zone (GMT) would be used for my order. I received an email that the revision was ready 1 hour after my deadline and 6 hours after the original due date deadline. The paper was useless to me at that point. I contacted EssayThinker.com and corresponded with them via web chat. I asked for a refund and discussed why I was due a refund. The customer service representative wrote that I received the revision on time according to Eastern Standard Time and that there was no justification for a refund. I asked for their company address in order to start legal action to recover a refund. I was told that the information was not on their website and that I would have to send an email. I sent an email and have yet to receive a reply. I paid for a paper that was incomplete and then not revised in time for usage. I have a chat transcript as proof of my complaint and a photo of GMT from my account dashboard. My hope is that EssayThinker.com will take a second look at how they treated me and at least provide me with a refund. My order was in December of this year, 2015.
The support team is hardcore. Sometimes it seems like they are the hotline for college psychos. Thank you for being patient and helping out. My best recommendations towards the writers and the team.
I gave then 1 star because I can't give zero star. Wost costumer service ever. Do not even waste your money.
The quality is a surprise to me. I was not expected to get good essays from online writing service. However, yet they write awesome papers.
