my order 129590, this order was partially covered by the refund from last unsatisfactory job. however, even though i was guaranteed to have better service when reordering, for now, my writer submitted 2 poorly structured drafts to me, and which even could not able to grab the key insights of the subject to write. What writer your company is hiring? If i go to refund, you hold up my money for long time. what's for? I paid for services, not grievance. Pls resolve my situation asap
