They do not comply with the deadline. The first order arrived after the deadline. The second essay stops looking for the writer. I sent a live chat or sent a message, but it didn't reply. I want my money refunded, but I don't get a reply.

They don't have a phone operators, only communicate through chatting online and I didn't receive my paper. I had to send a dispute through PayPal to get a refund
