Beware of ESky!

Beware of eSky – Misleading and Overpriced I thought I was booking directly with the airline, but it turns out I had unknowingly booked through eSky due to their deceptive online advertising. What followed was a nightmare. I selected and paid to upgrade my seats during the booking process, only for eSky to attempt to charge me again for the same seats later. When the airline (Delta) changed my flights and offered a full refund, I accepted. But eSky never refunded me. I had to go directly to Delta, who thankfully stepped in and processed the refund themselves. To make matters worse, eSky charged me over $300 more than what Delta would have charged for the exact same itinerary—and they refuse to refund the difference. I'm now disputing the charges with my credit card company. Bottom line: Be very careful—make sure you are not booking through eSky. Their practices are misleading and costly. I would never use them again.

Esky literally stole 1000 euros from me, and then I realized that the same thing happened to 90% of the people who purchased through them. At the beginning of this year, I ordered 4 tickets to Amsterdam. After 10 days, I still hadn't received any confirmation or proof of my tickets. Esky didn't reply to a single one of my emails, and the phone number listed on their website doesn't work. So I decided to check directly with the airline (KLM). KLM informed me that the confirmation number I had been given didn't exist and that there was no reservation under my name. When I contacted Esky and requested a full refund for the amount I had paid—since they gave me a non-existent booking number—they replied that they could only refund 20–30% because I had supposedly booked a non-refundable ticket. But in reality, absolutely nothing had been booked. In the end, I only got a small portion of my money back (20–30%), and this scam cost me 1000 euros. After reading the comments and reviews, I realized that out of every 1,000 people, many had experienced the exact same issue. That's when I decided to start contacting those people to collect as much evidence as possible so we can initiate legal action against Esky.

I had a terrible experience with eSky, where they failed to allocate the standard checked baggage on my return flight from London to Tokyo, despite it being included on the outbound leg. I did not select any unusual baggage options, yet eSky's system somehow removed the checked baggage allowance. When I raised the issue, their customer service repeatedly blamed me for not selecting it during booking, despite the fact that checked baggage is standard for international flights. This caused significant inconvenience, and they refused to offer a refund for the extra fees I had to pay. I strongly advise avoiding eSky to prevent falling victim to similar errors and poor service.

I bought 4 ticket frkm wisconain to seatle. I also got cancelletion insurance incase we change our mind. Finally i had to cancell. They never refunded.

Refund scam
March 16, 2021

We bought a plane ticket for a flight from Brussels to Bangkok on December 13 2020. With it we also bought an insurance. A few days before the flight, however, we had to cancel out of medical reasons. However we had all needed documents to get the total refund we are entitled to, eSky still refuses to refund us at all. Almost half a year now and they still refuse to do anything at all.
It's a huge scam
Customer service is the very worst ever
Don t buy tickets at eSky
You will only loose money

They are a true mask of scams. They took my 1005. 41 USD that did not provide the service. I can't reach them over the phone, and they are not replying my emails.
I was on time at the airport around 4AM, three hours earlier. This was supposed to be a family trip - order numbers PJLBALQ and P36MT47
I came at the airport with my mother at the counter. My mother was registered, but I could not register because they couldn't find my name on the passenger boarding list. I spent hours there with no solution. Then, I sent them emails with no answer on that date of December 14th, 2019.
Being unable to reach out them all day on 12/14/19, I had to book another ticket from OPODO to travel the next date to attend a family wedding. They responded my email back only on the 12/16/19.
After all, they lied to my bank that it was "no show".
Sincerely, the merchant charged me for a service they did not deliver. They must refund my money and apologize for all the inconveniences they have me made going through.
