We bought a plane ticket for a flight from Brussels to Bangkok on December 13 2020. With it we also bought an insurance. A few days before the flight, however, we had to cancel out of medical reasons. However we had all needed documents to get the total refund we are entitled to, eSky still refuses to refund us at all. The worst company scamming people and refusing to full refund them. Very rude and non interested customer service agent, totally absence of any kind of management.

They are a true mask of scams. They took my 1005. 41 USD that did not provide the service. I can't reach them over the phone, and they are not replying my emails.
I was on time at the airport around 4AM, three hours earlier. This was supposed to be a family trip - order numbers PJLBALQ and P36MT47
I came at the airport with my mother at the counter. My mother was registered, but I could not register because they couldn't find my name on the passenger boarding list. I spent hours there with no solution. Then, I sent them emails with no answer on that date of December 14th, 2019.
Being unable to reach out them all day on 12/14/19, I had to book another ticket from OPODO to travel the next date to attend a family wedding. They responded my email back only on the 12/16/19.
After all, they lied to my bank that it was "no show".
Sincerely, the merchant charged me for a service they did not deliver. They must refund my money and apologize for all the inconveniences they have me made going through.
I bought 4 ticket frkm wisconain to seatle. I also got cancelletion insurance incase we change our mind. Finally i had to cancell. They never refunded.
