I ordered a gasket set for my Craftsman 7HP air compressor but when the package arrived, the only metal gasket was bent. I advised eReplacementParts by email and got an automated reply that stated if the problem still existed, reply to that email and I would be contacted. But the reply just got another automated response that repeated their message. Fortunately I don't need that particular gasket this time around so I didn't pursue the matter. But this is still a disappointing lack of response from what had been reat previous experiences.

It took some time to get this. THIS WAS NOT eREPLACEMENTS FAULT. I really wanted this part and was willing to wait until they were able to procure this item. A lot of companies kick your order out and you have to try re-ordering the part again and again until they have it.

It installed easily and works great. Thank you for getting me this gauge!

Excellent OEM Parts

I have been ordering parts for appliances and equipment from eReplacementParts for a few years now. I am always satisfied with the ease with which I can find the most obscure parts for equipment whether newer or as much as 15 or 20 years old. I recently ordered new belts for my snow blower, purchased in 2005, and I received OEM belts in a few days that fit perfectly. I honestly never had an issue or was disappointed in the selection or ordering process and the prices are very reasonable.

Replacement part

I ordered a replacement part for my wife's pressure cooker. It was on back order when I placed it so I knew that it was going to be awhile till I got it. A short time later it arrived. Poor packaging

I ordered a DeLonghi coffee carafe and when it arrived it was totally broken. The packaging was a single layer of thinnest plastic bubble wrap. I ordered another and the second one came not broken but same wrapping. I explained to the person on the phone they needed to pack it more carefully after the first mishap but didn't seem to

I cannot review the item(gasket) as I have yet to receive it... Ordered & shipped on 10/14 and it is now 11/4 and I do not have the item. Paid more for shipping than for the item itself. I WILL NOT order from from this company again

DIY Instructions

I'm happy with your service, which I received from the time I made the purchase to delivery. I have not installed the the gear-lever tension spring as yet. What's missing is the DIY instructions; It would be helpful, if you can provide or direct customer where to find them.

I ordered a 6 quart crock pot replacement crock in August, it was on backorder. When it arrived about a month or so later it was in several pieces. I had to return the pieces (really- after sending pictures of the item) it was scantily packed with a thin wrap and bouncing all over in the box. I was refunded & I reordered another one, hoping to have a better experience. No such luck. It too was on backorder for another month and then it arrived in several pieces and packed the same way. I was yet again asked to mail back the pieces ( with a postage paid label). I will not order again. I have never been able to speak to a customer service representative through this whole experience... stay away if you don't want to get aggravated and still not have the useable item you ordered.

Rotor hammer parts

This was the only company I found that had all 3 parts I needed for my rotor hammer, it took about a week to get them, the other companies would not have the parts for at least 2 weeks. It was a bit of a challenge to install the new chuck sleeve and dust cap, next time I need to replace them, it will be a piece of cake. $17.28 and my rotor hammer is as good as new! Not able to download photo right now, but it was really quite simple, removed 2 O- rings and put new chuck sleeve, both O rings and dust cap snaps over it. I will use this site again.
