After finding your Website, which I got from a tool rep. Because it did not pop up in google for me, the site was so easy to use. I put in the tool model number and the parts list pulled right up. It was easy to see what parts I needed and then realize I needed a few more to make it all work. Prices are great and shipping was fast.
Will be using this site again!

My complaint is that shipping time is to long. Six to eight weeks is unreasonable.
Improve that and it would be 5 stars.

Wrong parts were sent, even paid higher shipping rates to get here sooner, ordered in August received wrong parts in end of October

Googled for Echo websites for parts, looked up my blower, it was all broke down into sections, and numbered, which made it easy for me to be sure I got the right parts, three to five business days for delivery, got them in five, tune up kit and fuel tank hose n vent hose, I installed and started up I believe with more power, then it ever had, I will definitely come back to this site for parts and advice, thanks.

My oil heater had a recall due to a faulty switch. Rather than return the whole thing and have the company send me a new one, which seemed wasteful, I chose to replace the switch myself. The correct part was easy to find on the eReplacement Parts website. It was delivered swiftly at a reasonable price, and reviews left by other customers helped carry out the repair easily. Thanks!

I have used eReplacement several times. When I go on their website I get not only the parts list but a diagram of the product I'm working on. This has saved me lots of money because I can repair instead of replace. The delivery time is always good.

Ordered an Air Filter and Spark Plug for my lawn mower. Installed air filter, but decided to wait on the Spark Plug. The items arrived when scheduled.

In the last couple of years I've purchased a variety of parts for various equipment I own. Customer support is outstanding and I've always been notified about the status of any given order. I ordered a Choke lever for my old Craftsman's leaf blower. Placed the order over the phone. The salesperson was knowledgeable and pleasant. I received the part a few days later and it went right on.

It hard to rate some thing that is 6 week past the duel date and might never arrive very disappointing

If you are not in rush at all. Mean really not in rush. Then order if. If you want your parts faster then 2 weeks. Look somewhere else.

The replacement lid I ordered for my older crock pot fit the crock perfectly. You showing lid size made it possible for me pick a lid that was not actually listed a crock pot brand but fit mine based on size listed. Only issue I had was it took weeks to get the lid but didn't need right away. But make sure you have time to wait. But for price of $9.00 I could wait. Thank you!
