One of my favorite kitchen appliances is an Oster griddle. I have this for years and use it often. The deliver estimate from UT to NJ was a bit off, but that may have been because of serious snow in the Rockies. I ordered the bag and frame 2020-11-11 and they were delivered 2020-11-24 by FedEx. I had looked for months and there was no supplier closer to NJ. The bag and frame are a perfect fit and now my lawn looks as good as my neighbors.' Yay! Thanks.

The website made it easy to make sure I had the right part for my modell and year and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time. As far as the repair, it went smoothly even though I am not especially handy. It's not a difficult job, just tedious, as there are a lot of bolts to remove, some in hard-to-reach places.

Pads were affordable and not overly priced. Back order commutation needs attention. Shipped in a timely manner after back order was addressed. Over all, a good company to buy from & will certainly purchase from again.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
