Although it took quite a few days to receive my part from ereplacementparts.com, it arrived packaged for protection and fit my skil belt sander perfectly. However, the part did not repair my belt sander. I was going on a whim trying to figure out why my belt sander quit running in the middle of a project I was working on. It was working fine, then one day would not even turn on. No power whatsoever. I watched a few You Tube videos and figured it may be a certain part that was faulty. It was risky, but I ordered the part and inserted it into my sander. Again, no power. So, the part I ordered was not the culprit. Something else was wrong with my sander, but I could not figure out why it suddenly did not have any power. I needed to finish my project so I just went to a big box store and purchased a new Skil belt sander to finish my job. I have not tried it yet, but hopefully it will work so I can continue my work. Thank you ereplacementparts for an exact match part. It is just unfortunate that the part did not solve my problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
I order parts and they where not able to deliver them, the parts where sent back to the vendor, I have not heard from the vendor even after sending an email to let them know. The vendor cashed my check and I still have not received my parts, or heard from the vendor. I received a standard reply email about COVID and how short handed they are, I'm very disappointed with this transaction.
I searched around for a collet for a Bosch router. I found a few but eReplacementParts.com had the best price. The part was also an OEM part and not a cheap knock off. While I was at their site I noticed that they had a wide selection of other parts as well. They are now on my list of favorites and will be the first place I look for parts that I need.
Ordered a new burner tile for my mr. Heater Buddy after several weeks, I was notified that the part was on backorder. Received the part only to find the burner tile is broken. Very disappointed that's something so fragile was poorly packaged not sure what to do at this point or if your company will replace it with a new one with better packaging.
Start to finish an excellent experience. The parts arrived as expected and in great condition. I would recommend to a friend.

The parts fit the machine perfect, thank you. I waited too long to replace the cutting blade and skid shoe that had worn out, that made it a bit harder to get the replacement parts to go on.
My first order was not filled in a month. My second order also took about 5-6 weeks to arrive. Maybe COVID and Christmas were part of the problem, but it seem like it took forever to get the parts. The part worked.
The picture of the part I saw before I placed my order does not match the part I got in the mail. I'm very disappointed. There was not even anyone I could of spoken with before and/or after the order was placed. As many times as I tried calling, all I got was a silly machine keep talking about Covid-19. The worst part is that I waited 15 days before I even got the damn thing.
Honest, courteous communications. Informed part was not in stock and shipment would be delayed. Was offered the option of cancelling original order and receive a refund, or wait until the part became available. Chose to wait, and the part arrived soon thereafter.
I gave this product a 1 because eReplacement Parts has always been a great company to do business with. But, the replacement pad I got for a Porter-Cable random orbital sander, model 333VS, is junk. It has a thin plastic back and the screw attachment holes tore out within the first few minutes of sanding. I will continue to purchase parts from eReplacement, but I do not recommend this pad.
I would love to give a review of the parts I ordered. However, I can't because they still have not arrived. I ordered them November 10th it is now Christmas Eve.
Because you haven't done $#*! for me yet, but charged me fifteen dollars for a first class stamp, that must have been lost by the worse delivery system in the free world!
I have a cuisinart electric cookie press I've had for years. Last year the clear tube broke. Could not find replacement at Cuisinart.com. Determine to make cookies for christmas, searched ereplacement and they have many of them. Ordered on line and received a week later.(comes from Utah) just in time for Christmas. Very pleased with the order process and that they had it. Cuisinart does not make this press any more and $15.
Is better then spend $75 on up for new one. Also it fit perfectly

Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
