Easy to find the models and parts I'm looking for. The online part diagrams are killer.

Item was easy enough to order on their website. Received it within a week.
The part was a direct replacement for the bimetal thermostat with burnt out points.
Out and in in little time. Just replace the new one right side up. It'll fit either way.
Biggest problem was removing plastic cover without destroying the retaining ears.
It can be done by carefully depressing the ears using a thin screwdriver blade or small
Steel rule. Make sure the repair is complete and satisfactory before snapping the plastic cover

LIST OF REPLACEMENT Rubber Feet for Sunbeam Slow Cooker was not clear. I intended to order four (4) rubber feet. I clicked four and received four packages of four rubber feet. So now I have 12 extra rubber feet when I needed to replace ONE!
I needed a replacement power switch for a 10+ year old Oreck hand-held vacuum. I typed in the information & lo-and-behold these guys had the right switch & for a good price. I also got it quickly and was able to install it in minutes. My wife is much happier now that she doesn't have to unplug the vacuum to turn it off.

Perfect fit. Just pull the old one out and then drop the new one in. I did wash the new one to remove and packing dust or manucaturing debris.
I ordered the Rockwell Jawhorse replacement jaw set but is missing one of the two primary jaw pads when I received the package. I checked the Jawhorse breakdown parts drawing and should have two primary jaw pads and one secondary pad. After a few inquiries to eReplacement Parts without any satisfaction for the missing item. I returned the shipment almost a month ago and is still waiting for my refund. I won't be a repeat customer.

My order was originally incorrect and I had to cancel it. The cancellation process was simple and my credit card account was credited promptly. I reordered my corrected order and was contented. It took a while for my order to get here but I was told that would be the case ahead of time. Order got here in its time and was correct. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
Fair price point, got here quick fit good except for the mounting whole they don't line up had to drill new holes.
The part I ordered looked correct and said it was but when I received it it was incorrect. Would work in another place but not the one ordered. It wasn't worth calling cause knob was $2.95 but shipping was $5.00 so I thought it wasn't worth calling to have to return or cost the company the money in this time due to the hardship most businesses are in.
The replacement took over a month to arrive and when it did, it was missing chunks from the lid, cracked, and had dirt prints smudged all over it. I ended up buying a new and different crockpot from another vendor even though I loved my original one.

This igniter for my smoker grill was a difficult part to find but I found it here for under ten bucks. The part worked perfectly. Really appreciated the video tutorial on how to install the part but I was able to install it myself. Shipping was fast, shipped out within 24 hours. As a do it yourself person, I would highly recommend this company as I will be using them again!

I ordered the part that was suggested online but it was the wrong part. When I called back the woman who answered couldn't find a record of my purchase, suggested that I figure out where else I could have ordered the part from and made me feel stupid. I looked up my credit card charge and called back because I did get the part from ereplacementparts. The woman who answered the second time was very kind and helped me with my return and to order the correct part since I had trouble doing it online and I was worried I would order the wrong part again. Turns out their system was down and she couldn't track any orders so it wasn't my fault (I'm obviously still upset with the first lady who was unkind which is why this isn't 5 stars). In the end, I was able to get the new part faster than through Amazon and it cost less even with shipping. I was very pleased and grateful for the kindness of the second woman who helped me, Katelyn.
I ordered 3 parts for my chainsaw through eReplacementParts.com way back at the beginning of August 2020. Original order said it would be about 3 weeks due to Covid delays in supply chain. Two screws I didn't need to bad said they were in stock and the throttle wire (the part I really needed) said it was on backorder. I didn't plan on cutting any trees in that time period so I figured that would be fine. After waiting over a month I checked the status and the throttle wire was still on backorder. I waited another month and finally the throttle wire was available but one of the other parts was now out of stock. I inquired on having the order split to ship the two that were available and backorder the 3rd part until it came in. They said they could do it but that two shipping charges would apply. Since shipping was more than the parts, I didn't want to do that and felt for how long i've already waited they should have been able to work with me on that. I waited a couple more weeks, and finally the 3rd part came in, BUT now one of the other two parts were now no longer in stock. I was so frustrated that they wouldn't hold the parts for my order that I cancelled the 3rd part and told them to just ship the 2 that were now available.
Long story short, I ordered my parts the first week of August 2020, received my parts in DECEMBER, 2020, and only got 2 out of the 3 of them because they were unwilling to work with me on shipping and didn't pull the parts aside for an order that had been in for months. I'm aware Corona might cause some shipping delays, but I waited FOUR months to get 2 of my 3 parts because when they came in they didn't pull them aside for me. So I ultimately waited a very long time and did not get everything I ordered due to poor customer service and poor order fulfillment. I was more than patient for the first 3 months but finally gave up on trying to work with them. Not sure if i'll buy parts from them again.
Great part, had no problem installing it, fits perfect. The part was identical to the old part. Parts like this, should not depend plastic for strength, in Arizona they are only good foe a couple of years. Your site will most likely get my order again, THANKS.
I just finished replacing most of the interior parts to my 11 year old Broil King Crown 20. I got all the parts through eReplacement.com and they all fit perfectly. Took awhile to get the Burner/Venturi Assmebly which kept getting back order by the manufacturer in China.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
