I have been a customer of this company for a couple of years. They are great when the order is processed correctly. The order comes quickly. If instead, they don't process the order correctly and you either don't receive a product or they wrong one is sent, watch out.
When you contact them about the issue, they send a boilerplate response. 'Due to COVID issues our response time to emails and phone calls is slow'. Truer words were never spoken. It's been a month since the order was placed and I am not any closer to getting the part now then I was then. I'm not a big fan of companies hiding behind the COVID excuse to provide sparse customer support. I will look elsewhere for the products they provide.
After frustrating hours with the major on-line distributors and box stores, easily found the correct part that I was looking for a ereplacement parts provided me with timely, easy order fulfillment. I even spoke with a real human being as part of the process! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
I had searched for a replacement cable for my snowblower and found this site that had the best price. I was leery ordering from a new company but decided to take a chance.
I was shocked the next day when I received an email that my part had been shipped out and a tracking number to follow. That is great customer service.
I live on the east coast and this company is on the west, yet I had it in hand faster than I have received mail from the next state over.

Ordered parts but one item was not included (showed it was in inventory). Tried to reach out to company but no live person available due to Covid. Sent email and asked if it was backordered and told them I wanted the part. They refunded the cost but I wanted the part. I indicated this in more than one email. Sure would have been nice to talk to someone.
I went on site to order a ceramic pot for my crock pot. I put in my payment information. When I read the description of what I was purchasing - it did not match what I needed. The description referred to the electrical part of the crock pot. Since this is not what I needed - I did NOT submit. I was then charged on my credit card for a lid - which I also did NOT need. E mails and calls to company in January said they were not accepting calls and e mails during Covid. This is odd as all workers in computers and phones in businesses are working. Oddly- after that message - they ended up sending me a return label to take to Fed Ex to return the lid they sent. What an unnecessary ordeal!
The parts I ordered for my reels were perfect. Everything worked great. I appreciate the fast shipping.

Ordered parts on line. Took an extremely long time to get the parts. One part was wrong. I sent email and got their generic response blaming covid for not being able to respond. I sent another saying that was unacceptable and got a response. I did what they wanted by sending more info. After that they did not answer back anymore. I finally called and got someone to talk to. Took a while to convince her that the part I ordered was not the part they sent. They refunded the bad part and sent my supposedly the right part. They emailed me the shipping slip and darned if they didn't send sell me 2 parts. I only needed 1. Tried to call back and got the answering service saying, because of covid we, and I hung up. I'm done with them!
Amazing how fSt my parts arrived. Quality parts. I would definitely recommend them to someone.and I will be using them again.
I remember as a kid growing up my Mom would sometimes cook dinner using a pressure cooker. The only cooking utensil you could hear all through the house when in use. Fast forward four decades, she gave that to my wife. Now, twenty years after that, my wife tells me the seal has failed. I thought that's the end of that pot. Surely, it's so old I'll never find a seal. Enter google. You could knock me down with a feather when I found it. And not just one. I found many for all kind of pressure cookers, young and old. The seal fit perfectly and it's back in use. Products were built better back then, very little plastic. Who knows, this pressure cooker could stay in the family for many more decades... a century is not out of the question. Thank you eReplacementParts.

Working on an old Briggs and Stratton engine, I didn't know where to look to see what part I needed. I typed in the model number of the engine and ereplacementparts showed up so I clicked on them. A detailed exploded view of the engine came up. I was able to easily find the part I needed. I got sticker shock when I saw I got charged for shipping (I'm used to Prime w/ no shipping charges). I could have bought it cheaper on Amazon, but went through these guys because they had the diagram of the engine and I think that is worth something. No diagrams on Amazon so thank you for providing that. I would use them again. Part came earlier that their arrival date by 3 days.
Not sure if this is eReplacements' fault or the USPS. 2 1/2 weeks since I placed order and needless to say, still waiting
Item (small gear) ordered on 8 January, sent on 14, passed by Las Vegas, Los Angeles (by horse...?), departed from New York on 31... it is not today (2 February) that I will get it:-(

Good price, part arrived in good condition, exact part I needed. Only problem, no info on status of shipment. I finally sent an email to the company and the part arrived later that day, so of course their answer was "our records show part delivered".
Made my Cuisinart toaster oven like brand new again. New crumb tray broiler tray and baking pan at a great price.
After the electric switch on my old Ryobi belt sander stopped working I faced finding a replacement or buying a new machine. After searching the internet I found a new original equipment switch at eReplacement parts. Now I'm back in business after saving mucho dollars over buying a new machine!
I ordered this, trepidatiously, to replace a saw part I wrecked when I borrowed a friend's radial saw. Against hope, it arrived promptly, and was "Perfect, better than the original part", according to my friend.
In these days of shoddy knock-offs and shoddier service, it was notable as a positively pleasant experience.
What spoiled it was being asked to write this review and the BS that followed. Photo of Proof of purchase... are you nuts!? My email address - same re nuts. I am not a private Gush-a-thon-to-order like QVC, I'm just a guy who was willing to express appreciation for a job well done. And regretting it.
I've rebuilt alot of mechanical issues with alot of different types of tools and other items that have needed parts.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
