My neighbor suggested that I try to repair my compound miter saw rather than replace it. I did something stupid and thankfully was not injured. The blade imbedded itself in the metal rear guard. Purchasing the replacement parts for all of the damage was a lot less costly than purchasing a new saw. My saw is about 17 years old and I was afraid that replacement parts would be hard to find. EReplacementParts was easy to find, easy to use and they had everything that I needed. Prices were competitive and delivery was flawless.

I've been searching for BELT CLIPS for my Ryobi drills Models P235A & P215. I was thrilled when I saw them listed on your website. More than once, I tried to click BELT CLIPS and the site continued to redirect my choice to BIT CLIPS. One final attempt in choosing BELT CLIPS, and I proceeded to check-out. In a relatively short time, I received my package from e-replacement only to find, you decided I really wanted bit clips instead. Totally disappointed. And then to read there is a restocking charge for returning what was incorrectly sent in the first place... was the limit. I will accept and cut my losses with this company.
Item was asdescribed... a perfect fit, got the best price, even with a shipping charge. Would use them again.
I bought the replacement part for my breadmaker which was around $2.89, the shipping was over $22.00,
I cant figure out why the shipping was sooooo expensive.
When I called to state the product was defective and that we needed a new one, I was lead to believe that I would be credited right away for the defective part and a new one would ship right away. Now I can't get in touch with anyone as their answering service says they are not taking calls due to COVID. And the new part has not shipped, and the old part has not been credited even though it has been shipped.
I am super disappointed as these are not inexpensive parts, I am now out 220.00 and no part.

Ordered several parts for my Milwaukee Sawzall, and got excellent service and support. The videos are awesome. As a matter of fact i went to try and repair my DeWalt Cordless 18 Volt Sawzall (#DW938). I went and pulled up the Sawzall on eReplacementparts.com and found the replacement part. Much to my surprise, the part (The Clamshell / Handle) is obsolete. Now, i have 2 Sawzall's that the motors are still good, but the Clamshell separated from the motor body. I am hoping someone can help me out with this issue, because i would hate to have to throw them away.

Thank goodness I didn't because I am so happy having the correct coffee pot again. Even my house mates that never notice any changes both commented on how happy they were to have this coffee pot again!

I ordered parts for a hedge trimmer and the parts werent compatible so I contacted them for a refund. There were no problems getting a shipping label along with clear instructions on what to do. They refunded every cent I paid to them. They didnt deduct anything. NO restocking fee, not even the shipping cost for sending it back to them was deducted. I am very pleased with the whole thing. It was the simplest return/refund Ive ever done. I will definitely buy from them in the future.
Fit better than expected, only complaint is it took a month to actually get the part but showed up undamaged and looked like the picture on the website, I'd use them again if I couldn't source a part locally.
The website said that the replacement coffee pot would fit my coffee maker, but when I finally got it (took several weeks), it didn't fit after all. So now I have a coffee pot I can't use AND a coffee maker. Sigh.

I have used EReplacementparts in the past and was happy with their service. Everything always went as expected. However this was not the case with my most recent purchase. FedEx lost my part but claimed it was delivered and left at my front door, even though my wife was home the entire day. Regardless, I certainly do blame EReplacementparts for FedEx's poor service. However, I do blame them for the complete lack of costumer support. I called them but their phone service was unavailable because of "Covid." The message recommended I email the company. This being so, I emailed them on two separate occasions but did not receive a single reply. Again, I did not blame them for FedEx's mistake. However, I do not understand why I can not communicate with them after my order was placed.
I have ordered parts for my tools repairs off of this site multiple times. All you need is a model number and boom there's everything you could ever need to replace and fix. Will never look to any other site for fixing my poor tools
The website is easy to navigate and find what you need. You can look up by manufacturer name, model number, and even item type (cordless drill). I had to get 2 parts (5 pieces total) for my router and not only did I find my parts but instructions for installation. I'm pretty comfortable with small repairs but it was nice to know they don't just sell parts or cater to experienced repair people. They make things easier for everyone. I received my parts quickly and was able to get my router running in no time.
I had lost the paddle from my bread maker. I looked on line and ereplacementparts.com came up. I easily ordered the part for a good price. I then received an email a few days later that the part was on backorder and they would keep me informed. So even though it did take awhile to get the part, they kept me informed via email along the way and I did eventually receive it. I appreciated the communication.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
