BTW, The mailing envelope contained two small bags, one of which contained the screw I ordered for an exercise machine and and the second small bag appeared to contain a chair leg glide that could be used on a hollow metal leg, but no screw although it was labeled part t326 312like the screw.To their credit, the Company promptly issued an RMAand the parts were returned.

The blades originally indicated as "in stock" took over a month to arrive... but they did keep me informed on the delays and final shipment information. The blades pictured on the web site shows the blade as originally packaged by Sears, which included a spring steel slip ring that needed to be changed with each blade. The ring allows the blade to slip if you strike an immovable object. The 4 blades I ordered were shipped loose, in an envelop, without the slip rings... That was disappointing!

I have used this site on multiple occasions for small engine, appliance, and tool replacement parts. They have a vast inventory, many parts are shown in photos which helps to assure getting the correct part, have exploded views to show where the part is used, and also have an online repair library. With one exception, the parts have been shipped out as soon as I ordered them, and that one instance was they had issues getting the parts into their warehouse from the manufacturer.
I'll definitely be back...

There is always a risk when buying parts from online companies. The diagrams they provided, with photos and locations of the parts helps ensure you are getting the right thing. Even when you think you are getting the right thing, chances are you might not. This is where excellent customer service comes into play and a potential negative experience can show you a company that cares.
In my initial order, the part came in but did not seem to fit. I double checked it against the photo and it was not the correct one, though the packaging had the correct part number. I contacted customer support and they helped me through the RMA process, providing shipping and issuing a full refund.
They are very responsive, with quick shipping. Despite the small issue, I am happy to look to them for future purchases and do so with confidence.

I had to look everywhere for the fence to my saw, the manufacturer no longer made them, this company had one and I bought it right away. The speed of delivery was great, I received it a week before expecting it. Saved me hundreds of dollars by just replacing that fence for my SkilSaw. I spent $90, if I wouldn't have found this I would have to had to purchase a new saw, which would be over $500.

Website was easy to use. No communication possible by phone. Part arrived damaged. Ceramic cooktop replacement packaged with no protective foam, just cardboard box. RMA process was simple enough, though returned part two weeks ago and have yet to receive refund. Had to order and pay for a second one. It did arrive undamaged and was the correct part.

I wanted to get a spare O ring for my Oster blender since I would be using it a lot for the foreseeable future. I had read reviews at other sites that had this type of part available, but the buyers didn't like what they had gotten. Evidently not a true oster part. They said they had a funny smell and left a bad taste on the food. I decided it best to get the real deal and went to ereplacement parts who Oster directed me to for genuine replacement parts. Didn't take long to arrive and it works as it should. The reason I give it only a four star rating is that the O ring has a tendency to stick to the bottom of the jar when I am finished using the blender and am ready to wash it. Otherwise no problem. Doesn't smell funny and no taste added to the food. I will certainly return to ereplacementparts for any further needs I have for my Oster blender. Great job guys. Thanks.

Ordered a riding mower muffler, provided essential information and received product fast and is a perfect fit.
I am a DIY person, a lot of YouTube learning, product did not come with instructions but I am very pleased with the service. I had tried another parts company before and had no feedback about my order, cancelled order for lack of no communication. EReplacementParts provides feedback and tracking information so I am informed of the status of my order up to the delivery date. Knowing is comfort in this case.

Wrong part

Ordered a part for my barbecue as per online picture. Part cost $14.00 and the additional fee for fast delivery was $15.00. Company sent wrong part. When I tried to return part, company wanted me to pay for return shipping. I had a heated conversation with customer service representative who would not provide prepaid shipping label, asked for supervisor and a prepaid label was emailed to me. I'll get part cost back but not shipping fee for their mistake. Buyer beware.

Searching the net for parts I thought I could never find for my old weed eater, when I found eReplacementparts.com. I was easily able to find the cutter head I needed, and found a spark plug for it also, at a price much cheaper than I could have purchased locally, even with the minimal shipping fee. I was very happy with purchase, and parts made it to me in the time estimated by eReplacement.com.

I've had my favorite stick-vac for years and did not relish the thought of searching for a new one or sending it to a landfill. Two new parts from eReplacementParts and it's as good as new. Parts took a little longer to get but worth it.
