I have an old lawnboy lawn mower from 1994 and I needed the blade and mulding fan replaced. The part was easy to find and it fit like a glove.

I got a blender for Christmas and I've only used it once. Some how I couldn't find the lid! I didn't want my family to know I lost the lid so I ordered one through "ereplacement". Now I have my replacement lid and they will never know

I was able to find and order the part I needed easily. Unfortunately it was on backorder. My issue is they took the money out of my account for payment yet I had no idea when or if the part would be available. It did eventually come and was perfect but it would have been nice to have additional communication.

While getting ready for a fishing trip, I was preparing a spinning reel when I noticed a tiny spring had broken. Not even knowing what it was called, I simply put the make and model of my reel, which was 40 years old, into the search field and it immediately presented an exploded schematic of my reel with every part listed. Found my spring instantly and found that there were 4 in stock. They were very inexpensive, less than $3.00. So I ordered several. They arrived within the week. The spring fit perfectly and my reel is ready for the trip. I can't tell you how much time and frustration this saved me. Not to mention the money it would have cost me to drive around looking for a reel repair shop.

Ordered carb for my Honda lawnmower, but when received it was the wrong one. A call to cust serv revealed that there was many different ones. A few photos by email & New one was ordered & return of other was processed. New one was delivered by USPS, but security video showed different. Call cust serv back after calling USPS, explained situation. New one was sent again with refund of missing item. Thank you for going the extra mile!

So nice to have a web site with pictures and descriptions of parts. I entered the model number of the line trimmer, and was easily able to identify the parts that I needed. The parts arrived a lot faster than promised.

Received part late. No fault of Ereplacement. Part was correct, easy to install. USPS sent part to right town on time; then sent it back to Louisville, KY.? (120 mi. Each way.). Stats

Received 3 motors as ordered in a box that was far too large. Motors were unwrapped and unprotected. Bent prongs on the motor I had to fix. Inconvenience at best. Motors worked still can't complain

I have a lot of tools that I need and comfortable to use. This is my second experience I could save them because you had all kind of parts that I was looking for.

Needed a new wheel adjustment handle for my mower. Part showed up in a day, which was obviously great. But when I took it out of the box, it looked scraped up and used and was missing the plastic cover at the top. Not a huge deal, but this is a thin piece of somewhat rough and sharp metal that I have to grab to adjust wheel height. Really needs to have that protector over it. Emailed customer service over a week ago with no response whatsoever at this point.

I'd got exactly what I need. Right parts for my Vent-A-Hood. On time shipping! I'll buy from this website again.
