I need a replacement pad for my sanders, which is over ten years old. It was easy to find the right pad on their site and when delivered as promised it works great!

Parts came as ordered, all oem parts, time to get them was very long... the shipping updates from usps useless and tracking from e-replac.com non-existent

I have attempted to receive my coffee maker basket replacement part, however each time (twice) the wrong part was shipped, your very helpful associates believe it must be stocked on the wrong shelf. We are attempting a third time requesting manual intervention and hoping when it arrives it will be correct and I can score a 5 star review.
