Parts didn't fit

I received parts that did not fit my machine, called customer service we confirmed that everything matched up but parts just didn't fit. They were able to refund me and all is as it was I guess.

Had a brand new impact driver for about 4-5 years which was never used before. When I went to use it I squeezed the trigger and nothing happened. I was Not sure why it didn't work so I searched the web and came to e-replacement. There I found the possible reason it wasn't working and a instructional video on how to replace the part that is causing the problem. Very simple procedure to replace the part but the video also added some confidence that I would be able to tackle it. Also had an option to either replace the exact part or upgrade it to a newer model which is what I did. I chose the slowest shipping which took about 7 days to arrive but that was my choice. Once I received the part I took the tool apart removed the old part and reinstalled the new upgrade part within 30 minutes. Once back together again pulled the trigger and presto I had a new and upgrade tool. The knowledge they have on the item especially the common cause of certain failures and the video is outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone. I am a mechanic by trade and have worked with hand tools over 45 years but if you only use tools occasionally it will take you a little longer but be patient and you will succeed. I will definitely be back to this site.

Title says it all. I ordered a friction ring for my impact wrench, it shipped from 1 state away and took 7 days, was delayed 3 times. After the 2nd delay I ordered a 3 pack from Amazon and got it in two days delivered on a Sunday. It only cost me $2 more plus I got an install tool and three orings.

The part I ordered did not work. When I called for an RMA I was told that they would refund the purchase price but would not refund the S/H cost ( almost equal to the cost of the part), and I would have to pay return shipping. When all was said and done, the company would get the part back (to re-sell) and I would have paid more than twice the original cost of the part.

Lawnmower Carburetor

I needed a new carburetor for my lawnmower & called the 800 Number for assistance. The representative was very knowledgeable & patient. Hard to find item
March 14, 2020

I had a very hard time trying to find a replacement measuring cap/top for my blender. I did find one on ebay, but the cost was so high. I stumbled upon this website, and low and behold they had the cap fir a supeer low price. I will definitely return here to find all of my parts. This website saved me from throwing out the blender, which I happen to love.

I bought a Napoleon Prestige Ii 450 gas grill in 2004. After 15 years, the burners had rusted with a couple big holes and the ignition switch stopped working. It was easy to find a replacement burner and ignition switch by doing a search for my grill. Once the parts were delivered, it was easy to install.
