I ordered a primer bulb for a Briggs and Stratton engine using model number for seller's reference. Four days later I received an air cleaner housing screw. I called and pointed out I got the wrong part. They say they credited my account but never did send the part I ordered.
I received the correct parts promptly and the price was lower than a competitor. The parts I received were genuine OEM. I would buy from them again and I recommend them for OEM quality parts.
Parts arrived as stated and were correct parts, I didn't use them because I broke the fan trying to get the belt pulley off and the only way to fix that was a new armature which was too much money. I'm returning the parts.
It took longer to deliver than stated. Times are tuff rite now covid bs 19 but still thought id get it by the time stated and it was delivered a few days late no biggy i suppose the part was what i needed but i needed it alot faster than what i got. It was also small enough to fit in mailbox not a big part at all i was a roller wheel. That thing couldnt of cost a penny to ship and shoulda got here wayyyyy quiker
I ordered a power cord for my vacuum. There was a white wire and a black wire. The white wire should have had a terminal attached to the end, that plugs into the motor. Mine did not. I had to go to Ace Hardware and purchase a terminal, that was not the correct configuration, and made reinstalling the motor difficult. I wrote ereplacementparts. They said, since I took care of the problem, as far as they were concerned, the issue was resolved. I think some compensation would have been appropriate. Not the greatest customer service.

I have been a supporter of ereplacement parts for several years. However my last order of two parts, one part an idler roller was right the other a drive belt was wrong. The sleeve that the belt came in said it was the correct belt however, the number on the belt was not the one ordered. This order was placed on February 19,2020 and took about 2-3 weeks for parts to arrive. Reordered another belt on March 11,2020 and have yet to receive it even though it was an in stock product. Bottom line, if you are in a hurry to get parts to get your mower up and running do not expect prompt shipment. Otherwise a wonderful web site. Filling orders and shipping leaves a lot to be desired.

I love the replacement parts website. You start your search from the menu and they list all the parts for that device and show pictures so you can compare your part. It made it easy to order exactly what you need and it got here fast. I highly recommend this for all your parts. Fix yourself and save the landfill. Most items are very inexspensive and the pride to fix it yourself feels good.

Rowenta iron - I had dropped it and the spot where water was poured in was smashed. I was surprised to find the replacement at a reasonable cost. There were no directions included but I quickly figured it out. I was surprised a second time when it worked perfectly for about 3 days and then wouldn't heat! So, that had nothing to do with the repair - sad truth about my favorite iron!

I was very happy to get the right part to fix my B&D table on the first attempt. The only negative I could express is the shipping cost as much as the part. The part was small and lite enough to put into the mail which would have cost one quarter of what I paid. There was no rush to get it. All and all I was very satisfied.

EReplacemnet Parts had everything I needed to work on my father-in-laws tiller. The parts ordering process was facilitated by having easy parts identification diagrams form which to order my parts. To top it off, they even had DIY vidio links that showed how to remove the old parts and replace with new parts. I even had a few parts to return, which is also an easy process. Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
