I needed new cooking grates for my 7 year old Charbroil grill. The model number was obscured so I contacted Charbroil for help. I sent them 5 photos three different times, spent over an hour on the phone with them over a three week period and they still didn't help me. My wife found eReplacement and suggested I give them a call. In less than a minute their customer service person identified the correct part and took my order. A couple days later the part arrived. I'm keeping their contact information with my grill for future replacement parts.
Correct parts in timely manner, couldn't ask for better performance. Will contact them when more parts are needed

Twp weeks latter still waiting for parts that I was told at time of purchasing were in stock. I'm not sure about any further business dwaling after this ordeal. I know everyone is dealing with this virus. But my ordeal started before there was an issue

Love the onsite help and diagrams. Made finding my parts a lot easier. My only complaint was slow shipping. Ereplacement shipped out quick enough but it took a week and a half to get from Texas to Oklahoma via usps.

The Kitchenaid (Whirlpool) door seal was a perfect replacement part for the 10 year old compromised original seal on my dishwasher. Simple to install. Functioning like new. The delivery took a bit longer than anticipated, compared to previous tool part orders. Still, very satisfied.

I actually was not planning to leave a review for my experience with this company, but received and invitation via email. I am not planning to do business with replacement parts based mostly off of a very accusatory and rude customer service agent. I was asking the company to pay for shipping for a treadmill deck, the lady argued about me inputting the wrong model # although I had done research and knew a range of model #'s that matched my part #. The company had model #'s in that range with a specified incorrect part #. Although the website was wrong she still demanded I pay shipping. Finally after a long conversation she said the company would pay. Then she never set up a shipping label. I had to call back twice more to find a rep that could send me a shipping label. Very disorganized... even so, I would expect the team to treat people with honor and respect.

I found a switch that was not listed as a replacement for my porter cable circular saw. The original was not available and considered obsolete. The description and picture looked like it might work and I took a chance buying it. The mounting holes were correct. The only difference was that the new switch had the button on the side to lock it on. I had to drill a small hole in the handle of the my saw to allow the button to protrude or cut it off. I felt I might damage the switch by cutting off the button. Leaving the button active allows me to mount the saw on a jig and use it as a table saw. Sucess!

Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional
