Well I ordered a part not to long ago shipped right away but because of covid-19 it took quite some time for me to received item but eventually I did and it was perfect, in the beginning of June I placed a order and kept checking my status and After about a week I saw wher my order would not ship until the 19th I was disappointed because I got no notification of this and no matter how much I try to call I never get anybody would love to communicate with a live person for a better understanding my # ism*******870 email is *******@live.com
Would not recommend Ereplacemt parts. Orders a carburetor for my pressure washer. The carburetor arrived damaged. I tried contacting Ereplacment parts on the phone and got a recording stating to send an email about a return. I sent an email on May 29th about the problem and over a week later I have yet to receive a response about the carburetor.
Was shipped the correct replacement part. Shipping was fairly quick. The part worked well. Thank you! Would do business again.
was shipped chinese knock offs for a lawn tractor spindel assembly. I had to modify it to add washers to make it work as in 10 minutes the cheap spindles destroyed a pulley. Stay clear of this site.
The parts are outstanding however the time that it took to ship my order was highly unsatisfactory I sent a message they never replied So I guess that they don't care about customer service I could have gotten the same deal for a dollar more and got great service I will never buy from these people again and I suggest that do don't buy from them either I am very disappointed with this order I ordered it because I needed them but no cigar with these non customer service people
The method of replacement was not supplied, and the parts do not match those removed from the appliance, even though the make and model were supplied in my purchase order
Needed new blade for my mower, had to wait almost a month for it to show up.
Never had to wait anywhere near that long in the past.
After waiting twice as long to receive my parts as advertised, they were the wrong ones. The shipping package even had someone else's name on the inside of it. After several attempts to contact eReplacementParts nothing, not an email no phone call except for this link asking me to share a review... I will be calling my credit card company to reverse the charge and place a new order somewhere else.
The part does not fit and there is not any method to contact a person about getting the correct part. I did return the part but have not received a refund. How can I receive the correct parts
You guys were great, even with everything that's going on, it didn't took you long to deliver and my part was in excellent condition.
You charged my account for nearly $40.00 then mailed the parts to an incomplete address even though I gave you the complete address. The post office returned the parts to you and even though I sent several emails that got no response I still don't have my parts. I want my money back, I had to get parts elsewhere. Answer your phone, respond to email, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Had a Briggs and Stratton sitting in my backyard that hasn't been touched in quite some time. I decided to strip the motor, clean parts with a mixture of soap and water, and used some carb cleaner. Doing some research landed me at eReplacements for original parts, and I'm glad I ordered from here. I needed an air filter, carburetor gasket, intake manifold, bail control arm, and a muffler. Everything was perfect and I'm not a professional at all, just handy. Cleaned all parts, added the new parts as I reinstalled everything, added some new oil and fresh gas. Made a couple other little adjustments on my end and started that bad baby right up. Really happy with the end results. Thanks again!
I ordered two PTO covers for my tractor. For one it took forever to get here and when they came they were way to small and not what I ordered. Very poor service.
The new tires work great when cutting the grass on the hills in my yard and they were very affordable.
In spite of the COVID-19 slow down, the parts came fairly quick and they all were exactly as described and I was able to repair my tiller.
Says my part was delivered and I haven't seen it yet. Please get back with me so I can figure out what happened.
