Replacement fan. Came just in a box. With out being Wrapped in bubble wrap. Or saying fragile on box. Not happy. And over week no one got back to me. About it.

My stove hood is well over 30 years. I was very surprised that the part was still available. I received the lense well before the projected time during the covid pandemic. I popped that baby in and it looks amazing. The matching lense has yellowed. If I can't lighten it, I will purchase

Parts is parts. Finding them is the problem. I needed a simple rocker switch for a heater. The manufacturer was no help. They wouldn't sell me one. I discovered eReplacement Parts and the rest was easy. Easy to research, easy to purchase, and easy on the bank account. Delivery was quick and safe (nothing damaged). Replacing the switch was not easy. But getting it from eReplacementParts.com was. No better way to start a project.

This site was the only site that had the exact replacement part that i needed. The part worked! The only negative is that it took 4 weeks for the part to arrive.
The replacement knob ordered matches the part number for the Oster toaster oven I have, but I am unable to fit the knob onto my appliance following the instructions provided. I will try to reach out to Customer Service regarding this issue.
This is the third time I have ordered from them and every time I received the correct parts needed and received them quickly.
I ordered this replacement on 12/27/2019 and it arrived on 5/16/2020. Crockpot used to handle their own replacement parts and then handed it off to eReplacementParts.com and Crockpot let this back-order get so old. The replacement stoneware for my 6 qt Crockpot fits but not like the original version. I feel like the stoneware should have bottomed out in the base. Also it doesn't have the the notches that the original had to vent around the glass top.
These guys have a web store that makes it easy to find the correct part and place the order. The multi-angle photos let you see what you're getting.

I have a 5 year old Kohler engine that was difficult to start and keep running. I replaced the hose and filter and the carb because it kept shutting off the gas. I ordered the parts and received them three days earlier than was told at time of purchase. The parts fit well and now my Kohler engine runs perfectly. I am happy I purchased original Kohler parts!
I like how you know what items are in stock and how many. The delivery after completion of transaction was real quick. I also like that there are diagrams of each tool so that I can find the exact part that I need. Not all parts are available but those that are are the ones that wear out over time. My only negative is that you don't carry parts for the Hilti line of tools. I acquired a 4 1/2 " grinder and I need a cord strain relief.
Even in this time of the pandemic, eReplacementParts got my order to me quickly. The price I paid for original Shindaiwa parts was excellent, cheaper than other sites I checked out. I will order from them again if the need arises.

I had a very good experience! The parts came faster than expected and worked Great! The only thing I would suggest is to state that a part replaces a different part if that is the case. It would take away the guess work.

Unwilling or unable to assist in identifying and providing needed parts. Went directly to the manufacturer which quickly did so via a couple of emails.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional
Answer: Jacks Small Engine is a good source for small engine parts. Baileys Outdoor Power Equipment is where I get my chain saw parts.
Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
